Home style cooling. Simple, inexpensive food. Seat yourself, kind wait staff and again very reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, just a diner serving decent food, at decent prices something for everyone. My family enjoyed the pancakes as well as the chicken fried steak.
This restaurant has friendly waiters who make you feel right at home because they remember your order and you! Reasonable priced food as well. However, as the observant person I am, I find it uncomfortable that the cook sits outback to smoke a cigarette but Doesn't wash his hands when he comes back inside. I find it disgusting that some servers walk around with a mouthful of food, as they come from the back with MY plate of food. Or that they too do not wash their hands after clearing dishes from a table that had left & immediately grab my food that is ready, & deliver it to me. Health & sanitation 101 people!
Wow! Food was fantastic, service was fantastic. We might come every time we visit the area now! My husband ordered the country fried steak and it was amazing also. Great gravy, biscuts are super soft, great prices!
The food is pretty good here and for the price of how much you get is pretty incredible, the servers are even really nice here, very cute little place.
Sunday Mornings are busy, and parking is limited, so plan accordingly. With that being said, the staff was nice and the food was good. The price is also very reasonable for what they serve you. My only disappointment was the take out charge for each itm.
Ha! We stood around outside on a sat with the locals chatting away. It was fun. I had dropped off my doggies at Banfield for dental work today so we decided to try it! We looked over the reviews and menu carefully. I decided to try the chicken fried steak. And.... I'm gonna have a Bloody Mary today!! Hubby is having steak n eggs. My BMary is good and no frills but very good! Love the olive.
Already posted review recently. But must mention SO THRILLED THEY ARE FINALLY UPDATING THE PLACE!! It's been DECADES, patrons will certainly appreciate the clean, bright new look!! YEAH!!
